Customer Survey Feedback

The majority of those customers that took part in the survey (58% of our customers) said that Deployment was either 'excellent' or 'very good' when asked to rate us on a number of customer service elements ranging from understanding and usability to reliability and ability.

Summary of Results:
(percentage of score between 1 and 3 where 1=excellent; 5=poor).

- Understanding our customer needs = 87%
- Ease of use = 84%
- Overall Delivery of Service = 83%

We were delighted by the results, and to see some of our customers took the time to provide specific ideas on service development. Of course we are currently reviewing the feedback received and will act upon and communicate these developments. The areas include:

- Workwear and PPE issues
- Response times to filling jobs
- Keeping our promises
